Spring Sports — Medical Clearance
ArbiterSports (formerly FamilyID) is open for Spring Sports. All student-athletes must register and be cleared before tryouts begin. Tryouts start March 7. Each athlete needs an ArbiterSports Archbishop Stepinac High School account for every season.

An active physical exam must be on file and is valid for one year from the date on the form.

  • Keep a copy of your physical for your records.
  • You must register for each new team; registration does not equal approval.
  • The school nurse must approve your account.

The online form is here

Only the New York State Health Form for athletics is accepted; NYC forms and other forms will not be accepted. NYS forms are available in the Nurse’s Office. If uploading a physical to ArbiterSports, make sure the scan or photo is clear and the doctor’s date is visible. If a student carries medication (inhaler, EpiPen, or other), we need a doctor’s order written in the last 12 months.
