Please remember that all preschool, kindergarten, and 7th grade families are required to submit proof of immunization, showing your student is up to date for all required immunizations for their age. For 7th grade students, this includes a Tdap booster and meningococcal vaccine. Additionally, all preschool and kindergarten families are required to submit a physical assessment signed by their pediatrician. Students in other grades do not need to submit immunization records unless they have received new immunizations. Students who have emergency action plans for conditions such as severe allergies, asthma, diabetes, or seizure will need to have an updated action plan signed by a physician for the 2026-27 school year.
